The customer is any damage to portable toilet rentals that do not occur due to normal wear and tear. Common damages include:

• Graffiti
• Vandalism
• Arson
• Theft
• Hit & Run
• Lightning
• High Winds
• Floods

Pro Waste Inc (PWI) also offers a damage waiver program for our customers. Enrollment is easy and available for all single-unit portable toilet rentals.

Our rentals are not covered by insurance. The customer is responsible for losses. However, we do offer our insurance. The insurance coverage is as follows:

• All Risk Physical Damage – full value of the unit.
• Included is comprehensive general liability and property damage with minimum limits of $300,000 or single limit coverage of $1,000,000.

Additionally, if any issues arise, the customer’s insurance must send a Certificate of Insurance stating that Pro Waste Inc (PWI) is an Additional Named Insured.

Consult your agreement. If there is damage to the portable toilet rental, notify Pro Waste Inc immediately.

For Construction, Seasonal, and Long-Term rentals, service is provided weekly. For Special Events, Single Day/Weekend, and Wedding rentals, service will be performed upon requesting additional service at an additional cost. Service includes:

• Removing the waste from the portable toilet into one of our holding tanks.
• Recharging the portable toilet receptacle.
• Cleaning the interior of the portable toilet by company cleaning methods.
• Providing toilet tissue.
• We handle minor repairs as needed.  
• Effluent is disposed of at licensed and approved disposal sites.

For Construction, Seasonal, and Long-Term rentals, each weekly serviced toilet unit can accommodate 10 workers (working a single 40-hour shift). For Special Events, Single-Day/Weekend, and Wedding rentals, each unit can accommodate approximately 100 uses with four (4) hours between uses before service is required. The Americans with Disabilities Act requires that 5% of all units ordered be wheelchair accessible, or at least one per order.

For Construction, Seasonal, and Long-Term rentals, we place our portable toilets on-site and routinely service them. The units are also on-site for special events, single-day/weekend rentals, and weddings.

There are serval reasons to use our portable toilets. These include:

• Health Benefits—Portable toilets provide facilities with sewer and water hookups, enhancing the health and environmental factors associated with a project or event.
• Environmental Benefits—Our units conserve water by using 6 gallons to contain an average of 30 gallons of waste generated. Compared to traditional toilets, the same amount of waste could use up to 2,500 gallons of water.
• Construction Benefits—Portable toilets provide significant labor savings by reducing the time spent leaving a job site to use toilets. Additionally, Outdoor workers who appreciate clean toilets have higher productivity and morale.
• Special Event, Long-Term Benefits—Portable toilets are ideal for places where traditional restrooms are impossible. Temporary restrooms help eliminate the costs of building and maintaining permanent bathroom facilities. At outdoor events, adequate portable toilets will generate revenue for event organizers because spectators will stay longer. For a single-day or weekend event, temporary restrooms can help accommodate guests at outdoor parties, minimize traffic inside the home, and alleviate stress on septic systems.

If a service driver cannot access a unit, they will call Pro Waste Inc Dispatch department immediately. Dispatch will ask the service driver a series of questions that will guide them through the appropriate steps before they can leave the site:

• What is preventing you from servicing the unit?
• Is there anything you can do to correct the problem at this time?
• Did you talk to anyone at the site?
• Did you call the site contact and customer contact?
• Is there any way to prevent this problem from occurring again in the future?

If Dispatch deems that the driver cannot complete a full service, they will give the driver permission to leave the site. Dispatch will record the service driver, stop, reason, and time in a report.
